Oakland, Ca. mural : The Caution Mural comments on the rapid gentrification of Oakland by affluent residents and tech companies from San Francisco moving across the bay and dramatically affecting property values and rental rates. Longtime Oakland residents, artists and arts organizations have been greatly affected. This work is part of my Public Series is publicly displayed works (Guerrilla Murals, Stickers, Video…etc) that examine pressure points in the social and political landscape.
